COMPANY REGISTRATION

We provide full length and stress free company registration at the Registrar generals department. We also obtain tax identification numbers for company directors. REGISTRATION AT GIPC

We use our extensive contacts at GIPC to obtain your registration with the GIPC at minimal time. Under the GIPC Act, enterprises benefit from the grant of an automatic maximum immigrant quota, depending on the enterprises' paid-up capital as follows:

 

 

• US $10,000.00 but less than US $100,000.00 or its equivalent in cedis, shall be entitled to an initial automatic maximum immigrant quota of one person.

• US $100,000.00 but less than US $500,000.00 or its equivalent in cedis shall be entitled to an initial automatic maximum immigrant quota of two persons.

• US $500,000.00 or more or its equivalent in cedis shall be entitled to an initial automatic maximum immigrant quota of four persons.

GIPC Launches the 13th Edition of GC 100 Awards      14-06-2013

 

The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, the lead government agency responsible for promoting and facilitating investments into various sectors of the Ghanaian economy, on Friday 14th June 2013 launch the 2012 edition of the prestigious Ghana Club 100 awards at the Alisa Hotel - Accra at 7:00pm.

The Guest of Honour for the special event was be Hon. Abdul- Rashid Pelpou, Minister of State responsible for Private Sector Development. Also invited to the event are Directors of various State Institutions, C.E.Os of Ghana Club 100 companies and other dignitaries.

The Ghana Club 100 (GC100) is an annual compilation of the top 100 companies in Ghana to give due recognition to successful enterprise building and was launched in 1998 by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC). The GC 100 serves as a benchmark to corporate excellence. Companies making it into the GC 100 are to serve as role models for the private sector and provide a forum for corporate Ghana to interact with government at a high level.
